1. INFORMATION FOR THE USER

Trímero Diagnostics, S.L., hereafter referred to as the CONTROLLER, is responsible for the processing of the User's personal data and informs the User that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on the protection of personal data, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the 27th of April, 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which provides the following processing information:

Purpose of processing: to uphold a commercial relationship with the User. The operations planned for processing are:

• Sending commercial advertising correspondence, provided that prior authorisation has been given by means if email, fax, SMS, MMS, social communities or any other present or future electronic or physical means that makes it possible to carry out commercial correspondence. This correspondence will be carried out by the CONTROLLER and will be related to its products and services, or its partners or suppliers with whom it has reached a promotion agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.
• Performance of statistical studies.
• Processing of orders, requests or any type of question that is made by the user by means of any of the contact forms that are made available.
• Delivering the website's newsletter.

Data retention criteria: they shall be retained as long as there is a mutual interest in continuing the processing purpose and, when no longer necessary for that purpose, they shall be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure the pseudonymisation or total destruction of the data.

Data communication: The data will not be communicated to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so.

Rights of the User:

The right to withdraw consent at any time.
The right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of your data and limit or refuse their processing.
The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (agpd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current legislation.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

Users freely and unequivocally accept that certain data must necessarily be collected in order for the provider to be able to meet their request. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) in contact forms or download forms indicate data points that are necessary. They further accept that any data included in other fields is voluntarily submitted. The User guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER are true and that the User is responsible for communicating any changes that may arise in this respect.

The CONTROLLER informs and expressly guarantees users that their personal data will not be transferred to third parties under any circumstances, and that whenever any type of transfer of personal data is made, the express, informed and unequivocal consent of the Users will be requested in advance. All data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary for the provision of an optimal service to the User. In the event that not all the data is provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will be completely adjusted to the needs of the User.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

That in accordance with the provisions of the current regulations on the protection of personal data, the CONTROLLER is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR for the processing of the personal data for which it is responsible and is operating clearly in line with the principles described in article 5 of the GDPR, by which data are processed in a lawful, fair and transparent manner in relation to the data subject and are appropriate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented the appropriate technical and organisational policies to implement the security measures established by the GDPR in order to protect the rights and freedoms of Users and has communicated the appropriate information to them in order that Users be able to exercise these rights.
